About Everyday Eclectic
We first opened our business by launching the Everyday Eclectic website in October of 2007. The manufacturing of all of our products took place in our home ... more specifically, in our basement workshop. As our customer base began to steadily grow, we started seeking out more avenues for growth and promotion. In the spring of 2008, Everyday Eclectic was accepted as an official vendor at the Chattanooga Market, a prestigious local venue for Chattanooga-area food producers and artisans. Along with participating in the Market, Everyday Eclectic began supplying products to various local shops and boutiques. We also, at the request of customers, began producing custom gifts and favors for weddings, special events, and corporate functions.
Feeling the strains of an expanding small business, we decided to take the major step of moving our business outside of our home. In June of 2009, we were graciously accepted into the Hamilton County Business Development Center, on Chattanooga's Northshore. We began moving Everyday Eclectic into a manufacturing space there immediately.
After a few months of moving, organizing, and construction work on our new facility, we officially opened the Everyday Eclectic Studio in December of 2009. The studio contains both manufacturing space for creating all of our products, and a showroom where customers and clients can stop by and see what Everyday Eclectic has to offer.
We are so proud of how far our little artisan business has come in such a short amount of time, and are looking forward to continued expansion and new opportunities in the future. We would love for you to come by our studio sometime, and allow us to share what we do with you!
